Requirements for articles
The editorial board accepts articles from both Russian and foreign authors for publication.
1. Authors
Recommended article size is from 14,000 to 28,000 characters with spaces (approximately from 8 to 14 pages).
2. The volume of the article
Articles are submitted to the editorial office of the journal in electronic form (Microsoft Word text editor) to e-mail: ecinn@itmo.ru, obligatory tested for the amount of borrowing and undergo blind multi-stage peer review.
3. Submission to the editorial board
As subsections of the text of the article should be formulated and highlighted: «Introduction» (justification of the relevance of the study), «Statement of the problem» (goal, hypothesis of the study), «Literary review» (assessment of the degree of development of the problem under study), «Methods and materials of research», «Results obtained», «Conclusions and recommendations» (main conclusions as well as possible directions for further research).
4. Requirements
Publication conditions
The manuscripts are accepted in the journal throughout the year.

Оriginal, previously unpublished articles corresponding to the thematic areas of the journal, presenting new scientific results obtained personally by the authors of the article are accepted for consideration
The novelty
A scientific, scientific-practical or analytical article corresponding to the main directions of the journal and not previously published by the author is accepted for publication.
Acceptance for publication
The editor office reserves the right to reject the article if the subject of the article does not correspond to the profile of the journal; if the article is not relevant; if the article is written in insufficient literary or unscientific language; if the design of the article does not meet the requirements described in the «Rules for formatting the text of the article».
Inconsistencies
Articles prepared in violation of the rules are not accepted and returned to the authors without consideration on the merits.
Breaking the rules
Analytical reviews revealing the current trends in the development of scientific research on the subject of the journal, reports on scientific conferences and reviews of new books are to publish.
