Abstract
The relationship between the standard of living and the level of crime has been repeatedly studied in different countries at different stages of their development. In the article, two countries are chosen as the object of study, in which in recent decades there has been an increase in the standard of living of the population – Russia and China. For these countries, the most characteristic and unified indicators were selected as dependent and independent variables, data for the last 30 years were collected and analyzed. The study examined the dynamics of all selected indicators over a long period. The study established a connection between the crime rate (the number of victims of intentional homicides per 100,000 population) and the standard of living (HDI and its components) in both countries. For each country, regression models were built that reflect the quantitative characteristics of these dependencies. Additionally, the connection between the crime level in the Russian Federation and the differentiation of the population by income level has been studied.References:

Modern leadership of economies is ensured by the trend of innovative development. Innovation-oriented economic growth is the number one issue for developed countries. The new stage of Russia's technological development, achievement of technological sovereignty requires new actions. An important condition for the implementation of innovation activity is the innovation environment. Effective development of innovation environment favors innovative development. This article analyzes the external conditions and internal environment defined as the innovation environment. The article analyzes the current state of Russia's innovation environment on the basis of international innovation indices and ratings affecting various aspects of countries, participants, statistical surveys of innovation processes in the Russian economy. The peculiarities of Russia's innovative development in the scientific and production, institutional environment, the totality of resources, the characteristics of internal capabilities have been revealed. It is established that the positions of intellectual, material and infrastructural factors, the degree of impact of the results of innovation activity on the economy and society are low. Indicators demonstrate insufficient efficiency of resource utilization, the results of scientific and technological innovation activity. The efficiency of innovation activity of economies depends on the state scientific, technological and innovation policy that provides incentive priority development of various industries, institutional conditions that ensure technological leadership, research and development work for enterprises that create innovative products. Thus, it is necessary to increase the level of innovation activity of economic entities, to increase the amount of funding for research and development, the implementation of measures contributing to the innovative development of the Russian Federation.References:

This study is aimed to analyze, systematize and improve the knowledge about the specifics of microtransactions in the mobile games industry. The study also explores the consumer behavior of players in the context of microtransactions and provides relevant information on the influence of microtransactions on the growing popularity of free-to-play monetization model. Being one of the most promising industries, mobile gamification is becoming more and more dynamic over time, leveraging innovative marketing strategies for its promotion. The opportunity to earn money in a fast-growing market motivates developers to move away from simple monetization models. Today, the most popular is the free-to-play model, which provides the game for free and leaves the choice to the user for in-game purchases. Despite the risks associated with this model, it frequently becomes the most profitable for businesses. The article describes approaches to the definition of microtransactions, explores the monetization models in which microtransactions are used most often. It also classified microtransactions based on average check and segmented users based on the size of monthly spending. The article also describes the main methods of stimulating users to make microtransactions in the context of free-to-play monetization model.References:

In the Russian Federation young social-economic phenomenon of student entrepreneurship is actively developing, supported at the federal and regional levels. However, the support provided by governmental and regional bodies is insufficient, and the fundamental aspect of the issue is the understanding of motivational factors that can be decisive for students when choosing this path of personal development, conveying the advantages of running their own project and demonstrating successful stories. This article addresses the questions of motivational factors that drive students in choosing entrepreneurial activities, and the authors examine the results of a sociological study conducted among students at ITMO University, with a focus on a similar study conducted in 2022. The conducted research contributes to the study of the motivational aspects of student entrepreneurship and identifies inhibiting factors.References:

The study compared the criteria used by government and venture capital funds to evaluate innovative entrepreneurial projects. The paper deals with the problematics of evaluating innovative entrepreneurial projects developed in higher education institutions. In the context of intensified support for entrepreneurship development, including to ensure technological sovereignty, an essential requirement for the successful implementation of projects is the assessment of their potential at early stages. In the global practice there are different approaches to the assessment of scientific and technical projects and developments at different stages. However, when it concerns innovation by universities, no universally recognized approach has been discovered. The purpose of the study is to identify and analyze the criteria for evaluating innovative projects created in universities. As a result of the study, the criteria most relevant to innovative entrepreneurial projects of higher education institutions were identified.References:

In the digital economy, human resources are key resources that ensure the competitiveness of the company, so most companies are increasingly thinking about improving the recruitment process. The paper considers the application of business analytics solutions for making managerial decisions of companies in matters of employee recruitment. It is noted in the article that at present BI-solutions can be referred to the best solutions for recruitment analytics among the IT solutions in the field of analytics available on the market today. The article presents a description of problems and prospects of using BI-technologies for recruitment analytics in companies. The influence of automation of recruitment analytics on the basis of BI-solutions on indicators of recruitment process and competitiveness of applications with vacancies of the company is described. Functional requirements to BI-solution of recruitment analytics of the company are considered. The article presents technological stages and practical recommendations for the development of BI-solution for recruitment analytics, including the construction of the solution data model and interactive report. The results of the study showed that the automation of recruitment analytics based on BI-solution Yandex Data Lens allowed to reduce the cost of recruitment analytics, increase the speed and frequency of analytics, which had an impact on the competitiveness of applications with vacancies, increased the speed and accuracy of managerial decision-making in matters of recruitment.
