Abstract
The present study is aimed at theoretical and applied understanding of the mechanisms of interaction between a digital center for dispatching logistics flows and elements of the internal and external environment of a modern seaport operating in the paradigm of “smart logistics”. The aim of the study is to substantiate the architecture and develop a functional model of a digital logistics flow dispatching center (DLDC), integrating material, information and financial flows into the digital infrastructure of a smart seaport. As a methodological basis we used the system approach in combination with the tools of structural and logical modeling, which allowed us to justify the architecture of digital integration of key infrastructural and institutional components of the port economy.References:

Currently the construction industry in Russia is undergoing a significant transformation, including in the field of management. Legal consulting is also changing, mainly due to the influence of digitalization of interaction with the state and the introduction of AI into work. Without well-established legal support, the process of transformation of the construction industry can entail risks for both customers and contractors, especially for small companies. The purpose of the work is to investigate the transformation of the provision of legal services in the construction sector and to develop recommendations for improving the effectiveness of contract management in the construction business. Research methods: assessment of management capital (in the context of legal services), system analysis, modeling, analysis of laws and tender documentation. The authors define legal consulting, consider the place of legal consulting in the management capital system of a client company, and develop an algorithm for interaction within a construction company that integrates legal competencies into all stages of the investment and construction cycle, taking into account the contribution of legal services. The development of legal consulting in the construction sector towards full-fledged contract and risk management, organizational and managerial engineering, manifested in the participation of a lawyer in contract management from the moment of preparation and conclusion, ending with the support of all actions for the successful completion of the project ensuring maximum client interest and minimal costs, has been revealed. Unlike traditional approaches, the scientific result is based on a synthesis of the theory of stakeholders and the concept of minimizing transaction costs, which allows us to consider a legal service as an asset that increases the market value of a business.References:

Researchers note the importance of digital marketing communications carried out through a banking app, which automates customer service and interaction processes and also fosters customer loyalty. Branding helps create a consistent visual and emotional image, enhances customer loyalty, and increases trust in digital products. The processes of user interface branding remain understudied in both theoretical and applied contexts. The goal of the study was to develop and theoretically substantiate an integrative branding methodology for user interfaces of banking applications, combining visual, functional, and emotional brand components, and to determine the procedure for its application in the design process. The research methods used in the study included comparative analysis and benchmarking of digital solutions in the banking sector, design, prototyping, and usability testing of UX/UI interface designs based on the developed branding methodology. This paper examines aspects of user interface branding, explores the influence of brand attributes on the perception of digital financial products, and identifies opportunities for integrating brand concepts into the user interface of banking applications. Based on the analysis, three main approaches to user interface branding are identified: visually oriented, functionally adaptive, and emotionally gamified. These approaches served as the basis for the development of an integrative methodology that ensures the integrity and expressiveness of the user experience. The scientific innovation lies in the development of a new integrative branding method that combines visual, functional, and emotional aspects, taking into account the specifics of the banking sector. As a result, the brand goes beyond the limitations of visual appeal, convenience, or engagement, ensuring a comprehensive perception and interaction, integrating into the customer's everyday experience and forming a lasting emotional and rational connection with the product.References:

Abstract
The increasing scale of anthropogenic impact on nature and active urbanization are increasingly exacerbating the problem of environmental protection, a prerequisite for the existence of society. Environmental problems are particularly acute in large cities, where key elements such as population, economy, and nature interact. This highlights the need for high-quality production of goods and services and a favorable environmental situation, which significantly determine people's quality of life. In this regard, the aim of this article is to analyze the environmental factor affecting quality of life in large cities. The study focused on the major cities of Vologda Oblast – Vologda and Cherepovets. The study utilized general scientific methods as well as cartographic methods and a questionnaire survey of residents of large cities. The scientific novelty of this work lies in the integration of these research approaches, which allowed for an analysis of perceptions and an assessment of the environmental situation, as well as proposals for improving the quality of life of residents in their areas of residence, taking into account the respondents' wishes.References:

With the rapid growth of domestic tourism in Russia, the concept of museum services is expanding to include digital services offered today by both large museums and developing smaller museums, including open-air museums. A mobile audio guide is a type of digital museum service. It has been found that most existing mobile audio guides offer extensive capabilities for enhancing visitor interaction with exhibits, but they do not take into account the specific needs of open-air museums. The aim of this study is to identify a way to expand digital museum services through a comparative analysis of various delivery methods for open-air museums. The study was conducted for the benefit of the Kuuterselkä 1944 Memorial and Historical District (MHRD). A comparative analysis of digital museum services was conducted, target audience needs were assessed, and the maturity of existing digital solutions for museum services was assessed. A conclusion is drawn regarding the feasibility of using mobile offline audio guides as a viable option for providing digital museum services. The results confirm the relevance of developing a mobile offline audio guide and can be used to create a solution for museums and nature reserves with limited internet connections.References:

The purpose of the study is to increase the efficiency and reliability of the forecasted cadastral valuation of land plots with incomplete and heterogeneous spatial data through the application and comparison of modern artificial intelligence methods using building parameters and characteristics of the territorial environment. The materials used are official data from the state cadastral assessment, information from the Unified Digital Platform «National Spatial Data System», as well as spatial, socio-economic and infrastructural indicators obtained from GIS sources and open data.References:

This paper addresses the problem of managing the flow of events generated by static source code analysis tools within organizational CI/CD processes. It is shown that a high proportion of irrelevant alerts leads to increased operational workload, reduced efficiency of resource allocation, and decreased controllability of software development processes. Based on the analysis of empirical data and contemporary approaches to organizational systems management, a classification of the causes of irrelevant alerts is proposed, and a conceptual multi-level prioritization model designed for integration into the CI/CD pipeline is developed.References:

The study aims to analyze the impact of functional and process gaps on the sustainability of a holacratic organizational system and to develop a methodology for identifying such gaps to improve management efficiency. The research is based on the analysis of operational parameters in holacratic structures and mathematical modeling of time losses in process execution. A criterion of process redundancy is applied to identify suboptimal hierarchical relationships. The study employs graph-based process models and quantitative methods for assessing destabilizing factors. The paper presents approaches to identifying functional and process gaps in holacratic organizational systems. A methodological framework based on mathematical descriptions of operational processes is developed, enabling the calculation of acceptable, threshold, and maximum time loss values. Organizational factors affecting system sustainability are identified, and a method for detecting losses caused by process gaps is proposed. Operational time loss influenced by internal and external factors is established as a key parameter of destabilization. The findings can be used to assess the sustainability of holacratic structures and optimize management processes. The proposed methodology is recommended for application in high-tech enterprises in the real sector of the economy. Future research may focus on adapting the methodology to various organizational models and automating the detection of process gaps.References:
